AssureSoft at AWS Community Day Bolivia 2026
On August 29, Santa Cruz de la Sierra hosted AWS Community Day Bolivia. AssureSoft sponsored the event and took part alongside cloud engineers, students, and local tech groups focused on practical learning and real collaboration.
An Event That Reaffirms the Country's Cloud Talent
This was the third AWS Community Day Bolivia and the largest cloud event in the country. More than fifty speakers led sessions on DevOps, AI, machine learning, security, and cloud architecture. The agenda mixed in-person and virtual talks, panels, workshops, and networking.
AWS User Groups from Santa Cruz, Sucre, La Paz, and Cochabamba organized the event, with support from AWS Girls Bolivia and university Student Builder Groups. The next generation of Bolivian engineers is already building a strong cloud community.
Sharing Expertise With the AWS Community
Two AssureSoft engineers spoke at the event, sharing practical experience with peers focused on technical and professional growth.
Alex F., DevOps Engineer, AWS Community Builder, and holder of thirteen AWS certifications, presented “Your Greatest Infrastructure Is You: The Personal Growth Behind the Golden Jacket.” His session explored the challenges, lessons, and personal growth behind his professional development and AWS certification journey.
Natalia A., Full Stack Engineer at AssureSoft, presented “Why We Keep Finding Vulnerabilities Right Before Production.” She tackled a common problem: security issues found too late in the software lifecycle. Her session showed how building security into early development helps teams cut vulnerabilities before code ships.
Their talks put continuous learning and higher engineering standards into practice, not just in our teams but across Bolivia’s tech community.
