Throughout his career, Gus has built and scaled several technology companies, establishing himself as a recognized expert in the contact center space. Under his leadership, AssureSoft Digital has become a trusted partner in healthcare, customer support, hospitality, security, and renewable energy.

Daniel Gumucio is the CEO and Founder at AssureSoft Corporation. An entrepreneur and investor with 20+ years of experience, he has led AssureSoft to become a top nearshore software development company, headquartered in the U.S. with development centers across five countries in Latin America.
In addition to leading AssureSoft, he brings deep experience in the contact center industry, which has shaped much of his leadership approach. Before AssureSoft, he co-founded and served as CTO of Sierra360, an enterprise mobile engagement platform acquired by inContact (NASDAQ:SAAS) who later was acquired by NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE). Following the acquisition, he spent 11 years as Director of Engineering for NICE-inContact, leading regional development teams and ensuring top-tier engineering standards.

Marcelo Heredia is the Director of Engineering at AssureSoft. He oversees the development process, ensuring that engineering teams efficiently deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs. Marcelo has been part of AssureSoft’s growth since its early days, contributing to the company’s evolution and success over more than 16 years.
He also provides coaching to engineering teams to maintain and strengthen AssureSoft’s distinctive culture. Álvaro Pozo is the Director of Project Management at AssureSoft. With more than a decade of experience at the company, Álvaro oversees the Project Management area, leading his team to support various departments, manage client relationships, and promote strategic initiatives.

Diego Argandoña is the Director of Finance at AssureSoft, overseeing financial strategy and operations across multiple countries.
