Understanding the Top of Mind 2026 Study

Top of Mind is a regional study conducted across 16 countries in Latin America that identifies the companies professionals under 35 aspire to work for the most. In Bolivia, more than 1,100 young professionals participated in the 2026 edition, responding to open-ended survey questions between February and August 2025.

Participants were asked a simple yet powerful question: "Where would you like to work?" There was no predefined list of companies. Every mention was spontaneous. Rankings were calculated based on preference scores, assigning weighted points depending on whether a company was named as first, second, or third choice.

This methodology makes the results especially meaningful. Being included among the most aspirational companies in Bolivia means professionals are thinking of AssureSoft independently. It reflects authentic brand positioning built through reputation and experience rather than prompted recognition.

Technology Leads as the Most Aspirational Industry

One of the most relevant findings of the 2026 ranking is that technology is the leading aspirational industry in Bolivia, accounting for 22 percent of the Top 50's preferred industries. Technology ranks above banking, consumer goods, telecommunications, and energy.

This shift highlights how professionals under 35 increasingly see their future connected to digital industries and global markets. They are drawn to sectors that offer continuous learning, exposure to international projects, and long-term growth potential.
