Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual English training across different CEFR proficiency levels.
- Develop participants’ speaking, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation, and functional language skills.
- Design and facilitate practical learning experiences that develop both English proficiency and professional communication effectiveness in real workplace situations.
- Facilitate simulations, role plays, discussions, presentations, demos, and technical communication activities that reflect real workplace scenarios.
- Adapt training to participants’ proficiency levels, technical roles, and professional needs.
- Provide structured feedback on language proficiency, clarity, organization, effectiveness, and delivery.
- Conduct or support speaking and listening assessments using CEFR-aligned criteria.
- Identify individual and group learning gaps and recommend appropriate development activities.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of English and professional communication learning initiatives based on participant performance, feedback, and learning outcomes.
- Develop or adapt materials for technical professionals and leadership roles.
- Track participation, engagement, progress, and learning outcomes.
- Support project readiness, professional growth, and internal mobility initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Education, Modern Languages, Communication, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency, ideally CEFR C1 or higher.
- Proven experience facilitating learner-centered training experiences for adult professionals.
- Experience in English language instruction, corporate training, professional communication training, or professional development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to provide effective language and communication feedback.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centered methodologies.
- Knowledge of CEFR and CEFR-aligned assessment criteria.
- Ability to adapt learning experiences to different proficiency levels and professional contexts.
- Experience facilitating virtual learning sessions.
- Strong organization and learner progress-tracking skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops on professional communication, presentations, meetings, feedback, or interpersonal communication.
- Experience delivering Corporate English, Business English, ESP, or professional communication training within technology, engineering, IT, or outsourcing environments.
- Experience with structured language assessments, Learning & Development practices, or certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL.
