The platform powers more than 20,000 clinics and provides over 170,000 specialists with tools to manage appointments, therapy workflows, and billing.

The client initially relied on an in-house team to develop and maintain the software behind their PRM platform. But as their customer base grew, they needed to scale integrations while ensuring stability.
