THE CLIENT
Our client is a healthtech company offering a cutting-edge Patient Relationship Management (PRM) platform that supports rehab therapy centers around the world. The platform powers more than 20,000 clinics and provides over 170,000 specialists with tools to manage appointments, therapy workflows, and billing.
THE PROJECT
The client initially relied on an in-house team to develop and maintain the software behind their PRM platform. But as their customer base grew, they needed to scale integrations while ensuring stability. Limited by internal bandwidth, their team struggled to manage daily operations and drive strategic projects that could grow the business.
