Sales & Executive Support Assistant

Location: Santa Cruz de la Sierra-Bolivia (On site)

Specific Skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets
Basic knowledge or familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others)
Ability to work with data, lists, and reports
Ease in learning sales and productivity tools

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic travel within the U.S. (flights, hotels, itinerary changes)
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team
Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups across multiple time zones
Organize, clean, and maintain sales and customer information
Support CRM data updates and list creation
Assist with ad-hoc operational and commercial tasks
Document processes and propose improvements to workflows

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Comfort working with technology and digital tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and grow with the role

Nice to Have

Experience with sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Previous experience working with international or U.S.-based teams
