Senior Project Manager

Location: LATAM

Responsibilities

Define detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives.
Lead execution of technically complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Drive business process re-engineering and organizational change activities.
Manage stakeholder communication up to Leadership; tailor updates and decision requests.
Track performance (scope/schedule/cost/quality), risks, and benefits; course-correct to outcomes.

Requirements

7+ years of project management experience in the technology industry.
Experience defining scope and plans from business/technology objectives.
Ability to conceptualize, plan, and deliver technically complex projects using BSA skills.
Experience in business process re-engineering and change management.
Proven ability to drive results with limited managerial oversight.
Exceptional communication with Leadership; adapts message to varied stakeholder levels.
Rapidly assimilates organizational/process/technology change and sustains results.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
Advanced English.

Nice to Have

PMI certification.
Channel (vs. Direct) GTM experience.
