QA Manual/Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Define and execute test strategies for projects of varying complexity.
- Estimate testing timelines and report progress to stakeholders.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including regression and validation of fixes.
- Log, investigate, and retest bugs to ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain regression test suites and prepare clear test documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with teams in the US, Estonia, and partner organizations.
- Participate in meetings, demos, and retrospectives, sharing QA updates.
- Support deployment validation and contribute to defining acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best testing practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of test strategy design, execution, and documentation.
- Experience defining and maintaining regression suites and automated test pipelines.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience coordinating QA efforts across distributed teams (US, Europe, partners).
- Ability to analyze business logic and propose improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders and customers.
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers or providing QA process guidance.
- Advanced English.
