Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines to fully automate the build, test, security scanning, and deployment of Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution.
Requirements
Tech Skills
- Expert knowledge of GCP services, automation, and cost optimization (as Compute Engine, GKE (Kubernetes), Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, etc).
- Strong experience with cloud networking, IAM, and security controls.
- Advanced experience with Bitbucket Pipelines, YAML configuration, and repository management.
- Proficiency in automating build/test/deploy processes for Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE preferred), and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Hands-on with monitoring/alerting tools and log aggregation systems.
- Knowledge of secrets management, vulnerability management, cloud security best practices.
- Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Familiarized with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar tools.
- Advanced English
- Work closely with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, build, and deployment issues.
- Mentor team members in DevOps best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
