Responsibilities
- Technology Assessment & Selection
- Continuously research and evaluate new AI and digital tools relevant to business operations.
- Recommend and pilot solutions aligned with strategic objectives and department-specific needs.
- Implementation & Integration
- Oversee the rollout of selected tools, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
- Partner with IT and department heads to align implementations with processes and compliance requirements.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Develop training programs, workshops, and user guides to empower employees.
- Act as the point of contact for onboarding and ongoing support of new technologies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor adoption metrics and ROI.
- Collect stakeholder feedback and iterate on implementation strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate organizational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, or change management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical applications in business contexts.
- Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advanced English.
