Senior Client Partner (Account Executive)

Location: Santa Cruz de la Sierra - Bolivia

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to manage and grow strategic client relationships across key industries including Fintech, Healthcare, SaaS, LegalTech, and Cybersecurity. As the primary point of contact, you will serve as a trusted advisor. You will drive client success, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and AssureSoft’s internal teams.
  • Identify and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor delivery performance; manage escalations; ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Align client goals with AssureSoft’s service offerings and delivery strategy.
  • Advocate for AssureSoft within client organizations; develop multi-level relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical leadership to support client success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client services, account management, or partner management within software development or IT consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and expand footprint within existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven success working with Director, VP, and C-level executives.
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional, distributed delivery teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented, customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings or events.
  • Advanced English.
