Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce
Create detailed functional specifications and solution designs for Salesforce implementations
Configure Salesforce applications according to documented requirements
Partner with developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation and requirements gathering abilities
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Advanced English

Additional Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) (Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
Knowledge of SQL and data mapping concepts
Understanding of API integrations and middleware tools
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Background in sales operations, customer service, or related business areas
