Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices to ensure smooth delivery.
Remove obstacles that hinder the development process and promote a continuous improvement mindset.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within schedule.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between stakeholders, developers, and product teams.
Configure and manage Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards to track project progress.
Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
Analyze Jira reports and sprint metrics to optimize team performance and delivery.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Ability to manage multiple teams and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and product owners.
Strong experience in removing impediments that hinder the development process.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Experience in tracking team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts, lead time).
