Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and optimization within the Databricks environment.
Apply deep technical knowledge to address client challenges and expand business opportunities.
Manage projects, ensuring milestones are achieved within set timelines and budgetary constraints.
Experience with design and developing machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications.
Collaborate with data scientists, data analysts, data engineers and data architects in different projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven track record in Machine Learning Engineering roles. 4+ years of data engineering experience within cloud-based analytics architectures.
Strong experience designing, building and optimizing big data solutions using Databricks (Pipelines, Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Apache Spark, etc.).
Proven experience as a Machine Learning professional with a focus on Databricks.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their integration with Databricks.
Expertise of 4+ years in SQL, Python, or Scala for data manipulation and analysis.
Ability to provide technical guidance and support across various project facets, from data integration to troubleshooting.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
