Responsibilities

  • Analyze RP and merchant eCommerce data, providing actionable insights to enhance merchant success and increase RP revenue. 
  • Address analytics needs across functions like marketing, site analytics, and customer transactions. 
  • Proactively share insights derived from data analysis for improved overall performance.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders to create and manage dashboards and reports for monitoring KPIs across the business.
  • Establish and oversee data governance frameworks for financial and key business metrics, covering source and output validation, definitions, methodologies, and exception treatment.
  • Develop the Analytics team by mentoring analysts in business sensibilities, data visualization best practices, and technical analytical skills.
  • Translate business challenges into data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the success of RP merchants and increase revenue. 
  • Define metrics for strategic initiatives, build dashboards, and support leadership requests for analytics in WBR, MBR, QBRs, and other contexts.
  • Generate insightful analysis, reporting, and data visualizations to answer critical business questions, proactively identify notable trends, and communicate business performance.

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, including building and managing a team of analysts.
  • Experience in managing analytics projects, including budgeting, timeline, and resource management.
  • Strong skills with SQL and DBT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data extraction and aggregation capabilities using SQL, Python, R, Excel, etc.; data management practices (e.g., cleaning, storage, governance); and data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., looker) .
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve data pipelines based on user needs.
  • Advanced English.
Nice to have:
  • Certifications like Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or specific tool certifications (e.g., for Tableau, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • MBA.
